The North Haven Community Visioning project was a process to collectively identify what is most important to the North Haven Community, their top concerns and challenges, and what the community envisioned for their future. Through community surveying and meetings, North Haven created the community vision hub, which details the process of identifying priorities, how they were reached, the community input and data behind them, and what the Town and community are doing to address the priorities to make the vision a reality.

Gabe acted as the process designer and project facilitator for this project. This included designing the community visioning campaign, creating a cohesive and accurate campaign brand, and connecting community voices to the project through stakeholder engagement. Following the launch of the project, Gabe managed outreach and engagement, provided and shared a resilience-based comprehensive plan framework and tracking tool, and facilitated project team and stakeholder meetings.
